health determinantsThere are two approaches to finding determinants of health. There is an impression that official medical authorities try to avoid the real determinants of health or controllable factors that define one’s health. Instead, most sources discuss social determinants of health that include such parameters as economic and social environment, physical environment and personal lifestyle factors.

However, a better answer is to find those determinants of health that represent natural choices that we make in relation to diet, sleep, exercise and other key activities. However, since we discuss health, it is good to find out first what the common factor or determinant of poor health or diseases is. Here is a medical quote that provides the answer.

“All chronic pain, suffering and diseases are caused
from a lack of oxygen at the cell level.”

Body oxygen test and determinants of health

Based on observations of more than 100,000 people by Soviet and Russian medical doctors, as well as experience and reports of my students, here are the main relationships between morning body oxygen levels and key determinants of health:

Determinants of health Body oxygen level < 30 s Body oxygen level > 50 s
Energy level Medium, or low, or very low High
Desire to exercise Not strong, but possible Craving and joy of exercise
Intensive exercise with nose breathing Hard or impossible Easy and effortless
Typical mind states Confusion, anxiety, depression Focus, concentration, clarity
Craving for junk foods, coffee, or sugar Present Absent
Addictions to drugs, smoking, or alcohol Possible Absent
Desire to eat raw foods Very rare Very common and natural
Correct posture (straight spine) Rare and requires efforts Natural and automatic
Sleep quality and duration Often of poor quality; > 7 hours Excellent quality; < 5 hours naturally

There are many more crucial determinants of health that can be added to this Table. for example, healthy people have excellent digestive health and do not require toilet paper at all. I call it “no soiling effect” that appears in virtually all people when they have more than 60 seconds for the body oxygen test. In fact, there are numerous other signs of good GI health.

Health is the state of the human body that is characterized by high levels of oxygen in body cells and the following determinants of health:
– high energy levels
– craving and joy of physical exercise
– ability to exercise with high intensity and nose breathing
– clarity of mind
– absence of addictions and craving for coffee, sugar and junk foods
– natural desire to eat raw foods
– naturally correct posture
– and excellent quality of sleep that is no longer than 5 hours naturally.

You can leave a note below and I am ready to modify the list, if you suggest any improvements in these determinants of health.
